1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MarketWebs service, website, and TradingView indicator suite (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MarketWebs provides a subscription-based TradingView indicator suite that displays Auction Market Theory levels, Value Areas, Points of Control, and related analytics. The Service is educational in nature and does not constitute investment advice.
3. Accounts & Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription & Billing
The Service is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment upon request.
5. Free Trial
New users receive a 15-day free trial. All features are available during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Service or its indicators. You may not use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, indicators, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of MarketWebs LLC. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal trading and educational purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketWebs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
